This policy explains how WNJetWashing ("we", "us") handles your personal data. We're a family-run jet-washing business serving Essex, Hertfordshire and North East London. You can reach us any time on WhatsApp.

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or third-party trackers. Your "quote basket" is stored only in your own browser (local storage) and is never sent to us or anyone else.

What we collect, and why

• Quote enquiries (WhatsApp). When you tap "Book your quote", a WhatsApp chat opens with a pre-filled message. We only ever see what you choose to send us. Those messages are carried by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms.
• Newsletter. If you submit your email address, we use it only to send seasonal cleaning reminders and the occasional local offer — on the basis of your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time by messaging us.
• Reviews. If you submit a review, we collect your first name, town and review text, and may publish them on this website as a testimonial — on the basis of your consent.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and subscriber details only for as long as we need them, and we'll delete them on request.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent at any time. Just message us and we'll sort it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows when it last changed.
